Guest Guidelines

Welcome to Roma Courts Serviced Apartments. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability — please contact reception.

Noise & Quiet Hours

• Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Keep music, TV, and conversations at a reasonable volume at all times.
• Roma Courts is a residential property — please be considerate of other guests and neighbors.

No Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments, corridors, and common areas.
• Designated outdoor smoking areas are available — please ask reception for directions.
• A cleaning surcharge will apply if evidence of smoking is found in the apartment.

Alcohol Policy

• Alcohol consumption is permitted within your apartment only.
• Alcohol is not to be consumed in common areas, gardens, or corridors.

Kitchen & Apartment Care

• Please keep the kitchen clean after use — wash dishes, wipe surfaces, and dispose of waste properly.
• Garbage should be placed in the provided bins and taken to the disposal area when full.
• Report any maintenance issues (leaks, electrical faults, etc.) to reception promptly.
• Guests are liable for any damage to the apartment or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.

Common Areas & Gardens

• Common areas are shared spaces — please keep them tidy and respect other guests.
• Children must be supervised in all common areas.
• No littering in gardens, walkways, or parking areas.

Visitors

• Visitors are welcome between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
• All visitors must register at reception upon arrival.
• Overnight guests are not permitted without prior arrangement and may incur additional charges.

Security

• Please keep your apartment locked at all times when you leave.
• Do not share your access cards or keys with unauthorized persons.
• Report any suspicious activity to security or reception immediately.
• CCTV is in operation across common areas for your safety.

Pets

• Pets are not permitted on the property unless prior approval has been obtained from management.
